Your responsibilities – Where service meets analysis
- Customer Support: You are the central point of contact for our key account partners as well as national and international specialist retailers.
- Inside Sales: You manage the entire order process – from order entry and monitoring delivery dates to automated replenishment.
- Space Management & Analysis: For our key accounts, you take responsibility for monitoring and evaluating retail space data. You analyze sales figures and, in close cooperation with our agents, identify optimization potential.
- International Support: You handle correspondence and phone communication confidently in both German and English.
- Complaint Management: You find confident, customer-oriented solutions even in challenging situations.
- Interface Function: You work closely with our sales team and management.
What you bring
- Education: Intermediate school certificate (desirable) and completed commercial training.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
- Analytical Affinity: You enjoy working with data and have a strong understanding of retail KPIs (space productivity, sell-through rates, etc.).
- Language Skills: Very good German and English skills are essential due to our international orientation.
- Soft Skills: You are highly organized, work precisely, and maintain a positive attitude even during peak seasons.
- Confident use of Excel, including pivot tables

Strategic key position for our companies (DE/CH)

We are an established, owner-managed fashion company known in the industry for exclusivity and efficiency. As we operate both a German and a Swiss company, we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded personality who can holistically manage our commercial and operational processes and position them for the future.
Your area of responsibility – Strategy & Operations
- Finance & Controlling: You are responsible for liquidity and credit limit planning, as well as the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements for our German and Swiss entities.
- IT Management: You oversee our IT infrastructure, act as the point of contact for external partners, and actively drive digitalization (ERP/merchandise management systems).
- Warehouse & Logistics: You maintain strategic oversight of the warehouse and optimize goods flows and process costs.
- Management Reporting: As the right hand of the management, you provide sound analyses and key figures as a basis for decision-making.
- Cross-border Management: You coordinate financial specifics between Germany and Switzerland (taxes, customs, currencies).
What you bring
- Expertise: A completed degree with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification with strong commercial understanding.
- Professional experience: At least 10 years of solid experience in commercial management or senior controlling, ideally in a mid-sized company.
- DE/CH affinity: You are familiar with the regulatory requirements of both countries or are highly motivated to familiarize yourself with the cross-border environment.
- IT proficiency: You are tech-savvy and know how to leverage modern systems to create efficient processes.

Your responsibilities – Keeping everything on track
- Invoice Verification: You process and review incoming invoices (national & international) for accuracy in terms of content and calculations.
- Communication: Due to our international orientation, you confidently correspond with customers and partners in both German and English.
- Payments: You prepare payment runs and ensure that cash discount deadlines are utilized optimally.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts payable and communicating with our suppliers are part of your daily work.
- Master Data Maintenance: You maintain and update supplier data in our system.

What you bring
- Education: Intermediate school certificate (or equivalent) and successfully completed commercial training.
